Everything you'll find in here evokes some sort of emotion in me; whether it be a smile, a tear, or a grimace... they've touched me. ^^

Team... Jacob! *ducks, hides*

Thankfulness Challenge.

Day #8... I am thankful for being healthy.
Day #9... I am thankful for music.
Day #10... I am thankful for the ability to participate in choir. :)

New Moon.

Okay, okay, I know. Sissiest vampires around. The entire vampire aspect (i.e. 98% of the books) is.... shall we say, off the wall?
Well.
Let's clarify things.
I read the books about 2 years ago. I loved them. Loved loved loved them. Couldn't get enough. Then I started talking about the series with people and realized... Hey, Edward has no personality. Plus he's a pedophile. Bella is a wimp. You can't read a page in any of these books that doesn't freak out over how "beautiful" Edward is. Jacob is the only character that actually has depth. Also. What the hell kind of vampires SPARKLE? (actually that one had always struck me as stupid.) And what vampires are... *chokes* VEGETARIAN?
Sooo... the books... ended up not so great in my mind. The storyline is okay, if not majorly weird, but they're decent easy readers. ;)
Also.
When the movie's cast was first announced... Neisha's heart was CRUSHED. I didn't like any of the actors for any of the parts other than Emmett and Alice and of course, Taylor Lautner as Jacob.
How could I not love Taylor Lautner after watching him be the saving grace of The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl? Plus he was REALLY cute. Juuuuuuuuuust saying. And Jacob always has been my favorite character. Soooo. It worked well.
Anyway... Let's not even dawdle on the subject of the FAILURE that was the first movie. Ugh. I was so upset. They left out the meadow scene, for crying out loud! That's the best part of the whole damn book!
Again, ANYWAYYYY.
So when this time of year rolled around, knowing, thanks to the obsessive girls at my school, that it was coming out in November, I got a permanent set of the chills. I knew I had to see it with family. I had no choice.
I walked in expecting to be highly upset.
And walked out...
GIDDY.
Oh dear lord, I loved it!!! *smacks self repeatedly*
The new director and the *cough cough* bigger budget with a more successful script adaptation of the book= ridiculously amazing movie. They took all the good parts of the book and left out most of the fluff.
Give or take the ridiculously cheesy shots in some parts, I was amazed.
I seriously recommend watching it. Even if you hated the first movie. Just... do it. Wow.

Song of the day!!
Unbound (The Wild Ride) by Avenged Sevenfold off of their album, Critical Acclaim.
Sometimes I forget how deep and inspirational they can be... especially since my favorite song by them is about murder, necrophilia, and possession. *shrugs* I don't know how that works.
Here's a taste:
"Some live so wrong, with what we do is each his own
Living in fear, end the shame for countless years
I never lived in fear I knew I'd die another day
I never viewed my life as something... slipping away"

Feature~♥
Hmm.... What can I feature today? I think I'll feature... :iconpotcgirly:. Haha.

I love her.
Anywho.

It's bedtime.
♥ Au revoir!

I'm Neisha; lover of Nightmare Before Christmas and choir. I'd like to think that I think thoughts of depth; I'll leave that for you to decide. I get click happy behind a digital camera and lust for an SLR. I'm more innocent than you would expect, and less than I seem. I would like to change the world. I believe that I have the potential to be absolutely anything I want to be and most of what I do comes naturally to me. I've got this crazy sense of purpose and determination and I have no idea what to channel it into. I am confident but not arrogant. I never mean more or less than what I say; there are no lines to read between in my day to day speech. I express myself through other people's lyrics for the most part. I can be very immature but I act older than I am a vast majority of the time. I thrive off people's attentions, but prefer to sit alone. If you can figure out how exactly that works, feel free to tell me.
I'm very critical of others. If there is something I dislike about you, I will tell you, and I expect the same from those around me.

My best friend who would be my soul mate if I were lesbian is :iconpotcgirly:.
Chances are that I like her a LOT LOT LOT LOOOOOT LOTLOTLOT more than I will ever like you. She takes precedence over most of my life.

I fear a lot of things, yet am intimidated by almost nothing. In fact, I prefer to face my fears... The adrenaline rush? That's my heroin right there.

I really don't know what else to write. ^^; If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I'm very open about myself.
